  Awful! Food is ALWAYS cold and the staff NEVER, EVER, EVER gets the order right. The last time my daughter and I went here, not only did we wait in the drive through line for literally 45, yes 45 minutes (we would have left but if you know anything about this Taco Bell you get trapped in the line and can't leave once your in) but when we finally got to the window, the cashier purposely didn't give me my change! When I finally was able to ask for my change (she had already gave us our food and was waiting for us to leave) the cashier was extremely rude when she was caught! When we got home the food ($27.00 worth) was ice cold, I mean really cold! I called to tell the manager about our horrible experience (the forty five minute wait, the cashier trying to keep my change and the ice cold tacos) the manager said to bring the food back up there and that they would replace the food. I told the manager it was too late and I didn't want to drive all the way back up there, she refused to put my name in the book and replace the food at a later date! I couldn't believe it because every other fast food restaurant will put your name in their book and replace the food at another date! I refuse to ever go to this Taco Bell ever again and it sucks because it's close to my house. I now go to the one on Cheney, they are way cleaner and the staff actually has respect! Sorry but this is an honest review. If it were only a one time incident I would have rated it a little better, but this had happened SEVERAL times.
